I have a studio flat in Liberty Heights, private student accommodation in central Manchester.

It's a perfect location, 5 - 10 minutes from Universities, 10 minutes from Piccadilly Gardens and round the corner from Oxford Road train station.

The room is on the 24th floor (so great view!) and is fully furnished with kitchen, bathroom, double bed, desk, etc. The building also has a gym, study areas, social areas, 24 hour security team, a great maintenance team, laundry room - pretty much everything you need.

The cost is £225 a week, all bills included. There is a £200 security deposit and you would be taking over my tenancy which lasts until August.

Available to move in immediately, would just need a week to sort out admin and to move out.
