West Tower Deansgate Double Room

Hey, I have a brand new furnished double room with a private bathroom to rent in the West Tower in Deansgate Square. The apartment is located on the 12th floor of the tower and faces northwest which has incredible views of Beetham Tower, Deansgate, Castlefield and the canals.

The double bedrooms are en-suite and have floor-to-ceiling windows, built-in wardrobes and carpets. Bathrooms feature ceramic tiles, rain shower, bath and under-cabinet motion sensor lighting.

Every apartment has vertical black-out blinds, electric heating, washing machine/dryer, secure fob entry system and intercom connected to reception with video messaging service. Virgin broadband is included in the rent, but wiring is also in place for BT, Hyperoptic and SKY TV.

The following services will be available early 2020: sports hall, tennis court, full length swimming pool, sauna, cinema, roof-top garden and bar, business centre.

I myself am a Technical Consultant working for a large technology firm. Unfortunately, they occasionally require me to be away for a few days of the week. However, when I am home, I like to spend my time out socialising with friends, having a few drinks, working out at the gym.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is sociable, loves a good night out, but also doesn't mind chilling at home & hanging out.
