Superb flat looking for tenants

I have a one-bed flat with double room looking for tenant from November 29th. The post code of the flat is M1 5AL. It's just 5-minute walk to St Peter's Square, 3-minute walk to Oxford Street where you'll find a lot of shops and restaurants, and 2 minute walk to Oxford Road Station (I can't remember how many times I was able to catch the last-minute trains Lol). You can find theatres, pubs and clubs nearby (but you can't hear any noise at night as they are not that close). Bus stops to most destinations in Manchester are literally a stone's throw away.

It's super quiet and safe (there are two gates and the pass code for the main gates changes every month). Neighbours are super friendly.
