Mon-Fri immaculate flat, by Piccadilly Station

Looking for someone to share my central Manchester (M1) flat - Monday to Friday. It would perhaps suit someone working in the city during the week. Five minute walk to all city centre amenities - train station, metro, buses, shops, restaurants and gyms. All bills are included, fibre Broadband too which is nice and fast.

Your double room includes a bathroom next door (pictured) - that is pretty much your own, as I use the ensuite.

I'm respectful, clean & tidy but also sociable, so would ask that you have the same approach to sharing.

I split my job between Manchester and London, so will work from the flat some days, others I will be out and about.

Tend to be home most evenings during the week, happy to socialise with my flatmate, and I enjoy cooking nice dinners and chilling with something good to watch on TV.
