The new tenant will have a spacious double bedroom and access to the living room/kitchen communal area and balcony. The current housemate has the en-suite bedroom, therefore the main bathroom will be the new tenants to have as their own.

The flat is fully furnished and comes with all white goods and cooking/eating utensils.

Parking is available for one tenant and on request can have guest parking for one to two days.

The housemate is a Final Year University student, who would prefer a female who is sociable and easy to get along with. Therefore, she will want to meet the new tenant before we can confirm the change of tenancy.

I am the tenant moving out due to the need to relocate for work purposes, therefore I am looking for a quick resolution. willing to be flexible in terms of moving in dates.
