I have a large spare room, with en-suite bathroom, in my brand new, luxury flat, with great views of Spinningfields, the River Irwell and Manchester City Centre.

The room comes with an en-suite (with a bath and a shower) and the apartment has pretty much everything you'd need as well as a new coffee machine, blender, three TVs with Sky, a peloton (spinning bike with classes) and various fitness equipment!

I'm a professional, looking for someone easy-going who loves a glass of wine and generally quite considerate!

I'm often travelling on business and so you'd have the apartment to yourself at least three nights a week!
