Spare room available in the heart of Spinningfields. The flat is really spacious and has a really modern finish throughout. It also has a full length balcony. Looking for someone who's houseproud and wants to make this place their own!

The bedroom is a good size and has pretty much everything you need in there, wardrobe, desk etc.

You'll also have the main bathroom (including the bath!) to yourself as the other bedroom has an en-suite.

All bills usually come to around £200ish a month.

You'll be living with my current flatmate Jack 27, who is one of the nicest people I've ever lived with. He works in HR and is mostly in the office, but works from home sometimes. He likes to cook and unwind by playing on his PC. He's a great mix of being social but also values giving people time to relax and be by themselves. He's super tidy and really easy to talk to and have a laugh with.
