Canal side flat with terrace, next to Ancoats

Hello,

We have 2 bedroom ground floor flat and looking for a flat mate(s). The flat is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, open plan flat, with a large canal side terrace in the heart of New Islington/Ancoats. It is situated in a gated, secure building with 24/7 concierge service. The building also has a shared communal, waterside terrace and residents room.
Everything in the flat is brand new and furnished to a high standard. (It is furnished, but the current photos don't reflect this and I will update these shortly)

The room is a lovely, good sized double room with an en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom, this would be predominantly yours as we have an en-suite to our room. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables a desk and an ottoman double bed.

There is secure bike storage in the building as well.

We are a couple; Jack, 27 and Laura, 30. I work away most of the week and Laura is a full time student, so you'd have the place to yourself for a good amount of time during the week. We're both outgoing, friendly people who enjoy socialising and being around others.

Bills are included, except for electricity which is split 33/66 if a single or 50/50 if a couple. Everything else is included.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're both very used to sharing living space with others and are aware and respectful of personal space, to which we'd expect the same. We're both clean and tidy people and we'd like the same in a flatmate(s). We're both sociable and happy to spend time with you and your friends and likewise. We want someone who is respectful of the flat and space.

It would be great if you were dog friendly, as we do have a very friendly labrador visiting often, but this isn't a must and we can adjust to your needs.
