I have a spacious double room with a spacious bathroom for a female ready to move in on the 7th of Feb 2025.

I am a professional female looking for a flat mate to share a nice apartment in Manchester city centre. With bills it should come to around 950 pcm

The flat is located in central Manchester, close to a lot of different shops and we have a big Aldi about 3 minutes walk from the flat. Post office is 1min away, there is an escape room 1min away, Piccadilly station is less than 10 mins walk from the flat. There are many cafes, restaurants and bars within a short walking distance.

There is a gym downstairs that’s free to use for everyone that lives in the building. There is a roof top.

The available room is an en-suite solely used by you.

I am a fun Christian person who loves good conversations, occasional games night and hangouts. I love trying out new recipes and foods, so I don’t mind touring restaurants. I am social but still know how to take time alone and respect other people’s space. I love listening to music, dancing, cooking and baking.

I am a tidy person and will like someone with similar characteristics. I will like someone who cleans up after themselves.

I’m looking for a female that’s friendly and nice. As we would be sharing a home.
