There is a shared, open plan living room & kitchen and a wrap around balcony, which overlooks the train lines into Victoria Station. If you’re working from home we can supply a desk for you within the main living area - or you’re welcome to bring your own, it’s a very spacious flat.
There's an onsite 24hr concierge system. There is one car parking space (available at extra cost) which is underground, secure and only available for residents. The apartment also has lift access.
Water is included in the rent. So all there is to pay is Electric, Broadband & Council Tax.

Cedric is 25 and has relocated to Manchester. He’ll be working from home for the first month with a view to be back in the office after then. Cedric loves Dancing, Netflix Series, Culture, Gaming, Cooking & loves trying out new food especially in independent restaurants. He likes socialising but also likes his own space. He’s very chilled out, tidy & an easy person to live with. He is looking forward to exploring a new city.
We’re looking for a professional tenant who is clean, tidy, respectful to the current flatmate and neighbours when coming into the property late.
