1 Double Room in Furnished City Centre Apartment

Hi everyone,

Looking to rent out a double room in this 2 bedroom apartment that is literally only a 10 minute walk from the City centre.

The apartment itself is on the second floor, with access via lift available, and has its own balcony that nicely overlooks the church which you can see in one of the photos.

There is one bathroom which is shared. There is no parking available & bills are not included.

Rent is £475 each and with bills is around £650, sometimes slightly less depending on electric depending on time of the year.

About me

I am a 26 year old software trainer for a children's care company. I will be working from home permanently. If you are too this is not an issue at all, I would suggest some kind of living room/working from own room rota scenario, unless you enjoy working at a desk in your room that is.

I've been in Manchester since March 2021 and met my previous flatmate on spare room too, now a good friend of mine but unforunutely he has had to move out.

I'm looking for someone with similar interests who is easy to get along with and can go out with a beer here and there with, but as well appreciates their own space and other circles of friends too.

I do like my football, so not an essential for you, but I would be hoping to have it on the tv when there's a match on haha. Looking to find someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously, easy going and relatively tidy - so we can split the little jobs down the middle fairly.
