Room available

Hi everyone,
I am currently a final year PhD student in University of Manchester and my current flatmate is moving so a room will be available from mid august(when the tenancy ends). Due to my extension for my PhD, I am only planning to renew the tenancy for another 6 months (till feb 2023 but you can renew the tenancy for longer later on if you found a new flatmate). The flat comes with an amazing balcony with amazing view also I am currently having the ensuite room so u will have the other main bathroom all for yourself. The flat is in perfect location with university bus stop 1min away ,picadilly train station 3min away and 8min to picadilly garden. The bill comes up around £60-70pounds/month/person depending on usage. Students preferred as I am currently a student and not paying council tax. I am generally a chill guy and I am mostly busy working during the weekdays and during my free time I enjoy cooking and baking, doing martial arts and also swimming
