Large double room in Spinningfields with Bathroom

I am moving into a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Leftbank Spinningfields on 1st July. The second room is a large twin and also has a desk. The room comes with exclusive use of the bathroom. I am looking for someone to rent the spare room and share the apartment with me as their own. I work for myself and travel a lot so sometimes you will have the place to yourself too.
Its a fantastic location and great sized apartment great for the city centre with gyms, transport, bars and restaurants all on your door step, ideal for someone working in town. No parking. I'm single , no kids and no pets, be great to have someone sociable and tidy. I'm pretty laid back and moving to Manchester mostly to enjoy the city and will sometimes work from home. All bills are included but the agent will need references as you will be added to the agency agreement.
