Hey! Due to my current flat mate moving out, I have a room available in this lovely flat! I love it & don’t want to move as it’s in the perfect location! It’s a fairly new build, within 5-8 minute walk to Arndale/Deansgate/Spinningfields & stones away from the Lowry hotel & 2min walk to Salford Central. There’s an on-site gym, cinema room and 24hr concierge all included in the rent. Bills are on top of rent and come to approx £180 max (inc council tax). The room is huge & comes with your own en-suite full size bath! It is also fully furnished with built in wardrobe, chest drawers & bedside tables. Apt also has walk out balcony.

Abit about me: Originally from Midlands & relocated to Manchester for a job. Weekdays i’m quite chilling as can work long hours/workout, however weekends I like to go out for drinks, food, nights out, or go & explore! I am respectful, clean, & mindful of personal space too so would like someone the same and someone who would become a friend as well as a flat mate that I could socialise with.
As I tend to WFH 3-4 times a week, I use the kitchen/lounge area. Must be clean, I. e clean up after yourself in kitchen/living room etc! Feel free to drop me a msg if interested 😊 thanks, Sharon x
