City centre apartment

Looking for a tenant to take on my tenancy, ideally till June next year with the option to extend.

The apartment is situated in central manchester, close to canal street (2 min walk), Piccadilly station (7 min walk), Oxford road station (7 min walk) and Manchester University (10 min walk).

The apartment is a 3 bed apartment situated on the 7th floor. All double rooms, one en suite. The room available is a small double room with a shared bathroom with one of the flat mates. Open planned living/kitchen area, balcony which gets the sun till around 2pm. The bedroom is unfurnished but I'm happy to negotiate selling furniture that's pictured for a decent price. There are two lifts in the building one goes down to the car park levels where there are 2 allocated spaces (one is occupied by one of the flat mates - also no extra charge for the space). The concierge desk is manned 24/7 and access to the building is fob operated.

Current flat mates are called James, 27 and Adam, 30. Both young professsionals, very social enjoy going out for food drinks and chilling together. Ideally looking for someone who we can hang out with but also happy for someone who likes to keep to them self. Clean household, no pets, smokers accepted.

Rent is £400pcm and then bills split between the 3 flat mates on top. Should be no more than £600pcm all together.
