Double Room with an En-suite

Hi, I’m Francesca I’m 25 and I live in a 2 bedroom flat on Blackfriars Road, a 10 minute walk from the city centre.

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of September therefore I have a double room containing a wardrobe, bedside table and chest of draws with an en-suite bathroom, containing a large shower with a waterfall head, sink and toilet and very large mirror. It is available from October 1st 2021. The flat itself has an open plan kitchen living space with 2 sofas and a tv stand, washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher and a kitchen island. There is also a balcony. The apartment complex is gated and made up of two buildings A & B. There is a gym, cinema room and a laundrette and open working space with free WiFi if you work from home and feel like you want to work in a different space.

The rent is £525 and bills come to around £145 including, electric, council tax and WiFi. The water is bi-yearly and that usually comes to £80 each.

I’ve just graduated from my masters and about to start a 9-5 job working in marketing. I’m respectful, tidy and fun loving! I enjoy going out with my friends for food and drinks and I also adore cooking which I’m always super happy to share!
