Double Bedroom with Ensuite (Ancoats)

I am renting out the second (larger) bedroom in my two bed flat in Ancoats. The room will be unfurnished, although there is currently a single daybed in there that can be kept if preferred. Room has previously fit king size bed and desk, so it's definitely work from home appropriate. Bills come to about £150 a month, though this varies depending on time of year.

Looking for someone to move in ASAP. I'm a 30 yo female professional, I enjoy eating out, movie nights, the odd cocktail/bottomless brunch, reading and exploring. I'm laidback but do my best to keep the place tidy. I'm not expecting a flatmate to want to become best friends with me and happy to have our own lives, but would also be nice to get on with each other and become friends 😊

I currently have a parking space which can be rented at an additional cost (think it's £75 per month)

References will need to be provided, as well as £550 deposit
