Looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement ASAP. A family issues have occurred, meaning i am moving back home. The flat is in an amazing part of the city with quick links to transport. Shops near by and amazing places to eat all around the flat. All bills are included. There is a washing machine in the flat too as-well as a big fridge and freezer. The building is secure and fob only entrance. The building is very modern and staff and other students are very friendly. Rent is payed till December 1st. Flat is available as soon as possible
