I’ve got a new job in Northampton, so I’m looking for someone to take my place in this lovely flat for the rest of the tenancy, which ends on 10th August 2026. If you and my current flatmate get along well, the tenancy caould be renewed annually (subject to passing the agency's requirements).
The flat has 2 bedrooms, and your room would be the larger one with its own ensuite bathroom, while my flatmate keeps the main bathroom.
The flat comes with some great perks: the kitchen has loads of storage, we have a proper dining table in the living room, gym (and a proper one, not like most places with just two dumbbells!), a workspace on the ground floor with free Wi-Fi, and a free coffee machine. On top of that, the location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from the Arndale, Victoria Station, and the Manchester Arena. I’ve been living here for 5 years and absolutely love it.
Please note that the flat does not come with a parking space.
Bills and council tax (Band D) are not included and are split equally with my flatmate. He is a professional, respectful, and easy-going guy. Council tax is currently £218 per month, and electricity, water, and internet come to around £200 per month in total, so you’d be looking at roughly £200 per month per person for bills and council tax combined.
I’m looking for someone who is easy-going, respectful, tidy, and clean. Just a relaxed person who likes to keep the place nice.
