We are looking for a female flatmate for a double and single room in cosy duplex flat in the middle of Northern Quarter. The rent includes WATER, COUNCIL TAX, INTERNET. Doesn’t include energy but it tends to be £25-£50 pp per month with reasonable use.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.

Double room (£740 pm) - now LET
A double room with very large built in wardrobes, a small balcony and a large desk. It’s south west facing into a courtyard with other residents.

Single room (£670 pm)
Single room with large built in wardrobes, desk and chair. Also south facing into courtyard.

Bathroom
The gorgeous bathroom has a large shower/bath, sink, toilet and ample shelf space.

Downstairs:
Open plan lounge with bookshelves, sofas and TV.
Dining table for 4
Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven.

Current flatmates are 2 female processionals working full time and a friendly cat.

I am a Private Landlord who lives in Manchester, 20 minutes outside the city centre. I’ve lived in the flat and moved out last year, it was a lovely home to me. We are looking for someone who would enjoy the flat as much as I have.

No night shifts or couples please. Female preferred.
