The building has 24h concierge, a study/working lounge, a gym and is pet friendly. They also sometimes host socials in the garden area. Luckily we have a balcony and a view into Manchester!
The room is available from 5th May and you will be taking over my part of the tenancy as I’m moving in with my boyfriend. Looking for someone who is respectful of space but friendly! My flatmate is very friendly, fashionable and clean and she works in the office 90% of the time.
