Flatmate needed ASAP - unfurnished room

I’ve reserved a two bed flat near the Greengate area of Manchester (10 min walk to Victoria station).

The flat has a balcony that’s accessible from the spare room. The kitchen/ living room is all in one and there’s a shared bathroom.

The flat comes unfurnished and the landlord is redecorating before the move in date. The flat will then be furnished by me apart from your room, so you’d need a bed etc.

A little about me: I’m 27, originally from Manchester and work in fashion marketing. I like eating out, drinking and socialising as much as staying in to cook, read, do yoga or watch tv.

I’d like to find someone who can be a friend as well as a flat mate but also likes their own space.
