An ensuite room is available in a 3 bedroom flat from the 31st of August 2025.

The flat is located 1 min walk to the Oxford Road train station (M1 5BB).

The flat is also walking distance to the Piccadilly train station (<8 mins walk), both universities (less than 10 mins walk - dependant on which building), Oxford Road (1 min walk), the city centre, all shops and restaurants, Deansgate etc.

The rent includes all the bills (council tax, electricity, water, internet and cleaning fees). A professional cleaner cleans the common areas once a month and the fees are included in the rent.

Ideally we are looking for someone who wants a place to relax, keep tidy, no parties etc. The other two residents are males and professionals. They are both very respectful, friendly and clean.
