En-suite Double Room - available 15 July

Hi! My name is Shery, and I am looking for a flatmate as of July 15 as my current flatmate is moving cities. The bedroom is spacious, has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom and shower. The bedroom comes fully furnished with ample storage.

The apartment is on the top floor of the building (fifth floor) and has a balcony that stretches the length of the apartment. It’s on a relatively quiet side street so noise throughout the day and night is at a minimum and is a 5-10 minute walk to Northern Quarter/Manchester Arndale/Victoria station. The apartment itself has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a common kitchen and living area. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of storage in the kitchen area. Everything is already set up and ready to be moved in.

A little bit about me - I am a teacher so I work away from home Monday - Friday during the day. I am an outgoing person and am looking for someone who I can become friends with, not just simply flatmates. However, I am also respectful of personal space and keep myself busy. I’m pretty active and frequent the gym, eat/drink out regularly, like to have a laugh etc. I’m a clean person and would expect the same level of cleanliness from a flatmate.
