My friend is having to move back home next month so I am looking for someone to move in and take over the tenancy of our gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment.
The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bathroom and the room available is a double room with sole use of the big bathroom. It is situated technically in Salford but it is a stones through away from the City City - a 5 minute walk to Harvey Nics/Selfridges.
The apartment has its own gym and common area with free hot drinks and a 24 hour concierge. There are also pop up food stalls in the garden/terrace area every Thursday evening.
Rent: 533 pcm
Bills are around 150 pcm
In terms of parking there is a carpark underground but there is an additional cost. There is also car parks and street parking next to the building but within certain hours. I have a car and use the on street parking - any questions about this please feel free to message me :)
You will be living with me - I am a 28 professional currently training to be a lawyer. I like to go out on the weekends for drinks/brunch/meals/walks but tend to chill during the week and go to the gym/watch tv etc. I love a night out but my after party days are over - I am getting old now! If thats your vibe thats cool, I just respectfully ask the after party is not in our flat! I will also sometimes go home on the weekends to see friends and family.
Ideally I am looking for someone who is quite chilled but also wouldn't mind doing some things together - hoping to be friends as well as flatmates. Looking for someone who is fun, clean and tidy and respectful.
