Looking for a fun housemate

Hey, my housemate is moving in with her boyfriend in June so I’m looking for someone to take over her room. The flat has a balcony, and the apartment block has a pool/jacuzzi/gym/steam room/sauna. Looking for someone sociable and someone who is clean and tidy as love keeping the flat homely and cosy. I do like my own space sometimes especially during the week as I get so tired from work, but often have a friend round in the eve to chill and watch a film so would love someone to hang with ! On weekends I’m usually pretty social, normally out with friends. If I go to an event it’s usually at white hotel so would be fab if someone had similar interests etc 🤪 the room doesn’t have an en suite but the main bathroom will be mainly yours as I have my own, but sometimes guests will use it so I hope this won’t be an issue! Generally just looking for someone chilled and laid back but also up for fun xx
