Beautiful Duplex flat off Princess St

The flat is so beautiful and big for central town, lots of exposed brick and high ceilings. The bedrooms downstairs both come with an en-suite and smaller additional room attached.
The flat is unfurnished but my current housemate will be leaving lots of the living room furniture so bedroom is all you'll really need!
I'm super chilled and work at Lush and I'm also an actor. I love makeup and fashion, a visit to white hotel and sometimes a calm, cosy night in.
The main thing I'd love in a new housemate is respect and cleanliness - LGBTQIA+ friendly is important too !

Council tax band is F which is high and we're currently trying to sort it out
all in all bills included it would come to around £850 per month
