The suitable person (s) will be professional, well educated and well behaved. There are strict rules about anti social behaviour and noise pollution within the building which must be adhered to. Noise such as loud music, loud TV and loud "talking" which disturbs other residents above, below and sideways is not allowed after 11pm through the night and before 8am 7 days per week. No parties, drugs or alcohol fuelled socials allowed. An understanding of security is important as all apartments in the building have special door locks and burglar alarms. There is CCTV covering the 2 entrances to the building.
A car parking space underneath the building can be arranged subject to availability.
