Amazing 2 bed apartment

Please be aware the soonest move in date is September 28th unfortunately there is no possibility to move in before then. A 1 year lease is required so won’t be able to offer any short term lets.

I have secured this incredible 2 bed apartment which i am going view on Friday (if you are available you able attend with me.) I have paid the holding fee already, just the deposit still to pay which will be split evenly.

* Must earn over £21,000
* Must be able to provide references

I’m looking for someone I can live comfortably with. I have years of experience with roommates so i know how to be clean and respectful. I’m always up for socialising, would be nice to make new friends as i am new to the City.

The move in date is September 28th , Bills are estimated at around £175 per month.
