Double room available - Central Manchester

Hey! My flatmate is sadly moving back home, so I'm looking for a new flatmate in the modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment I live in. The flat is pretty central (about a 10min walk to town). The building is really modern with amentities including a gym, cinema room, sky lounge, concierge, on-site maintenance, laundry service. There's also a lot of nice communal areas in the flat/building for working from home (I tend to wfh most days).

I have the ensuite room so the other bedroom would have the main bathroom to themselves.

I'm 29, lived in Manchester for 5 years & extremely clean, tidy and sociable. Would love to share the flat with ideally a similar girl (but open to living with lads). I'm a foodie and always up for drinks/nights out but also happy getting comfy with a good film/series or doing something wholesome. Ideally, I want someone to move in that I can be friends with rather than just a flatmate.

Move-in will be around Dec/Jan but it is flexible - can definitely accomodate for earlier move-in but also could push to Feb.

Cost per month including everything (i. e. rent, bills, internet, council tax) is around the 950 mark.
