Double room with own bathroom in M1 flat

My flatmate is moving to London so looking for someone to renew my tenancy with for 12 months- preferably a female young professional (no students due to council tax).

The flat is a really cute 2 bed 2mins from Piccadilly gardens and station, so the perfect city centre location! The room has its own bathroom directly opposite and the flat is over two floors.

Rent is 575pcm without bills. Bills normally come to just under 100pppm without Council tax, which is band D. There’s no parking included however there is a car park directly opposite the flat if you need to park for a while and being so close to the station makes travel by public transport really easy!

I’m 22 years old, currently finishing my masters degree and have a graduate job in Manchester starting September. My job is hybrid however I expect to be in the office most of the time- I’m happy to work around each others schedules if you WFH some days :)

I really enjoy yoga, going out to try new food places and hikes- the flat is next to a bakery so if it’s sunny I’ll normally grab a pastry and read in the park. I’m pretty chilled out, very clean + would love to become friends with whoever moves in.
