Short term let - Penthouse -Master bedroom/ensuite

Hello,

I have availability for a master bedroom with ensuite shower room in this beautiful penthouse apartment.

Ideally someone that mostly works in the office as current flatmate works from home.

Move in date approximately April/May.
The flat is very quiet and peaceful, split over 2 floors and is 1,200sq feet is size, roughly double the standard 2 bed.

There is a 3rd toilet on the upper floor.

The terrace is amazing over the summer months and overlooks the River Irwell and Manchester Cathedral.

Parking available at an extra cost.
