We are currently living in a flat with a room available from mid-September.
Me and Tom have lived together for 2 years now with another flatmate but they are moving out at the end of the tenancy. So, we are looking for a new flatmate that can take their place in mid-September. This will either be in the flat that we are in now or we will potentially be moving to another 3-bed flat elsewhere in the City Centre.
We both work 9-5, enjoy attending the gym, fans of footie, golf, trips out of the city and pubs at the weekend.
We are looking for a sociable person who will fit well in the flat dynamic so ideally looking for someone who has similar interests and is relatively clean.
