Two bedroom apartment, located behind the Lowry Hotel and 5 minutes walk from Spinningfields.

A fully furnished, double room with ensuite is available from Saturday 5 October (there’s scope to move in earlier if needed). The kitchen is fully kitted out too, and there are two fridges so plenty of space for food.

Internet and gym access (see below) are both included in the room price, and I have Netflix and Disney+ on the TV too. The flat comes with a combined washer/dryer, dishwasher, and spacious balcony with a great view of the sunset.

The building also has a great two story gym (fully kitted out) and an amazing co-working space / communal area with 24h concierge and safe parcel storage.

My name is Andy, I’m a 34 year old gay man, and work as a corporate tax advisor in town. I usually work in the office, but very occasionally work from home (in my room). I enjoy keeping fit, seeing friends, going out, and chilling at home. I’m a very clean and tidy person, and ideally you’d be similar.

The contract is for a minimum of 12 months, and then 2 months rolling for up to a further two years. Building management would carry out a reference check (£50), and the deposit is 1 month’s rent payable upon application. The first month’s rent would be payable the day before you move in.

I calculate and pay bills based on actual usage for the month (water, council tax, energy, and tv licence) so they fluctuate throughout the year, but they’ve been £160 to £220 per person per month over the last year.
