Vita Living Couple And Dog Friendly Studio

My partner and I are moving out of our beautiful studio flat at Vita Living in Manchester city centre. We have loved our time here and have benefitted from the multiple communal work spaces, on site gym, roof terraces and community feel. There is a 35 story sky garden which you can book out for events or gatherings. There is a 24 hour concierge, the team have been great during our stay.

Our current contract ends 24th September but we have accepted an offer on a property outside of the city centre which we move in to tomorrow. We are flat 206, located on the 2nd floor.

You will need to have an annual income of x30 the rent.

Couple and dog friendly.

WIFI included within the rent however water, gas, electric and council tax are not included in the £1275 rent.

Vita offers discounted car parking space a 4 minute walk from the Vita Building.

We'd love to have someone in asap, with viewings taking place this weekend. You will be able to finish our tenancy and renew the contract if you wish.
