Lovely double en-suite room in city center

This flat is in 1702 at affinity living riverview. It is in the city center with good transportation link. It is close to spinning field. The apartment has gym and luxurious common space. But this apartment building has no parking. The room has a bath and face the river so the view is good.

The rent is 840 per person and the council tax is band D so it is about 200 pounds a month for the whole flat. Electricity and water bill is around 200 pounds for the whole flat. So all bills is about 200 pounds per person per month.

I am Chinese and a lecturer in accounting and I work from home but I like working at the cafe downstairs. The flat is organized and well maintained. Students or female professionals both are welcome.
