Hello! My flatmate has recently moved out so I am looking for someone to join me in this flat. Rent is £560 PCM and bills circa £180 per person.
The room is a good size and comes with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. There is enough room for a desk if you were to need one and you would have your own large bathroom as I have an en-suite. As for the rest of the flat, there’s a cosy and bright living room with an open plan kitchen and big doors leading out onto a balcony. Gets a bit of sun in the afternoon too so nice to enjoy a beer or a brew!
A bit about me –
I’m easy-going, sociable and open minded. Would be great to hang out as pals but also happy if we just do our own things. Just looking for someone nice, tidy and friendly to create happy and harmonious vibe in the flat 😊
I work 9-5ish in the office and in evenings I’ll usually be at the gym or football, seeing friends or just chilling at home with Netflix. Weekends is a mix depending on what’s going on, sometimes I’ll be out for drinks other times just doing wholesome stuff, brunch, walks etc. Looking for a flatmate who is on a similar schedule.
I try to keep the flat pretty clean and tidy ongoing, so ideally you would be on the same page on that side of things. I am also severely allergic to gluten so it’s quite important to me that the kitchen stays clean for that reason!
Sorry but no smokers please as I quit not too long ago and it would just be too hard!!
