Room in Northern Quarter (Central Manchester)

Im Tomas, I’m moving out so I am looking for someone to take on my tenancy asap.

Cole is my flatmate, he is a 22 year old full time worker in the supply chain industry. Pretty easy going and loves to meet new people.

Our flat is located right between Northern Quarter and Ancoats. You'll be pretty much at a walking distance from every type of service that you might need (Co-op, Aldi and Pure Gym are literally 2 minutes away). You would be around 5 minutes away from Piccadilly Gardens ( 3min if you leg it). Quiet but central, couldn't ask for better.

The flat is unfurnished but me and my flatmate already bought the essentials. If you want to, there is the possibility of getting some of the furniture, like bed frame, mattress and wardrobe.

About the flat: 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, living room and kitchen, located on the ground floor and yes we do have a washing machine.

The total rent is £1050
The total for water last month was £39.
The council tax was £184.
Wifi 23£
Eletricity 88£

All of these bills are going to be split by 2.

I know that there will be a lot of enquiries regarding the flat, please have in mind before you message that ideally I would be looking for someone who has already finished uni and has a stable job. The tenancy also finishes on the 29 of May 2024 and it should be possible to renew if you wish so.

I am looking for someone with similar interests, social, mature, clean, tidy and respectful. Ideally around my age. If you are interested in acquiring the furniture from the room that would be perfect.
