Looking for a flatmate for a fantastic apartment

Hi! 👋 I’m looking for a new flatmate for an amazing apartment, I absolutely love living here. My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend. The flat will be available from the 5 January.

You would have furnished room with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. You would also have private use of the main bathroom, which has a bath with overhead shower.

The location is amazing, only a short walk across the bridge to Deansgate/Spinningfields. The apartment is really spacious, light and airy, with a super comfy sofa. The real showstopper is the balcony (shown in the pictures), it’s perfect for a glass of wine in the evening.

I work in the city centre in a museum, and I’m office based most days, with one or two days from home. Someone in a similar situation would be great. I’ve lived in Manchester for four years, and I’m from North Wales originally. I’ve lived in this flat for three years.

I’d like to live with someone I can be friends with, I’m always trying a new craft. I go to yoga and spin in the evenings after work, but equally love a chill night in.

Rent is £725 per month, and bills come to around £180 per month each. It’s not suitable for short-let’s or students sorry.
