2 room 2 bath available in creative M1 flat

Each room has access to a juliette balcony. Only the livinf room and kitchen are shared. I won't be in the flat, only on occasions to pick some things maybe as my furniture/clothes/bedding will still be in the flat.

I can rent either one room (750/720) or 2 rooms (1470) at once. The reason for differing prices in the rooms is cause one is bigger + ensuite while other is smaller and has a bathroom but non-ensuite.

Access to all features of the apartment like it was your own, including wifi, water, electricity.

P. S. In bigger room, clothes will be mainly cleared out so there will be space for own clothes and accurate bedding is not provided for smaller room but make shift (wrong sizing) bedding is available. Bigger room has bedding provided.
