City Centre Double Room with Bathroom

Hey! I’m Matt, I’ve recently bought my own place in the centre of town (M1) and I’m looking to rent out the second bedroom.

The flat itself is on the top floor of a Grade II listed building with high ceilings and a newly fitted kitchen/bathrooms - one of which would be yours. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and also has a large built in cupboard. There’s great transport links, with only a 10 min walk to Piccadilly station/5 mins to Oxford Road.

A bit about me - I’m a 27 year old, young professional, working from both home and office. I’m from the North East originally, so naturally love a drink but equally spend most of my weeknights at the gym/chilling at home.

I’m looking for a young professional, who’s clean and tidy and doesn’t need to work from home often (I only have room for 1 desk, which I use).

Other things to note:
* Room available from Jan but flexible with dates
* I’ll be arranging viewings over the coming weeks
* This is an LGBT household and my partner stays regularly
* Price includes all bills
* Flat is fully furnished (including kitchen utensils etc.) but you’re welcome to make the bedroom your own
* Parking is available for an extra £50 pcm
