Double room & ensuite bathroom in Green Quarter M4

I’m Liv, and I'm moving out of my gorgeous apartment in early May so looking for someone to join my lovely flatmate Izzy.

You would be taking over my portion of the tenancy which expires August 9th 2026. The good news is that you'd have the option to renew in August (12 months or 6) if you love the flat and stay long term. So this is great for someone who wants a 3 month stint in the city centre or a long term home.

The flat is 2 bed 2 bath (so no sharing bathrooms!) with a large open plan kitchen diner and living room and sunny balcony. We’re based in the Green Quarter, 2 mins from Victoria Station & 5 mins from Exchange Square so super easy for city centre jobs and commuting.

The room is a very large double bedroom with large ensuite bathroom (with walk in shower) available for £625pcm from May 10th. I'll be uploading photos of the room shortly but you can see the shared living space and the en-suite for now!

Izzy has put together a bio of her own which I'll share below but the main things to know is that she loves running, pilates, and cooking, she's a morning person and has recently gotten really into knitting. She is super clean and tidy. It would be great to find someone who wants to be friends more than just flatmates but is comfortable in their own company.

Izzy: “I’m 24 and work in marketing. I’m an early riser and really into keeping active, whether that's running, Pilates, or just getting outside. I’m a keen baker and knitter, and love going out to try new restaurants with friends. Typically I am happy having a quiet night in, though I can be quite easily talked into going to the pub!”

I have lived in the flat coming up on 4 years and Izzy coming up on a year so all bills/utilities are already set up, and the flat is fully furnished and ready to move into. Rent and bills come to approx £760 each month plus electricity (averaging £60pppm).
