My flatmate is leaving to go travelling, so I’m looking for someone to join me in this 2 bed, 2 bath flat.
This room is available from March 1st!
You'll get a double room which has its sole use of the main bathroom and comes with a bed, nightstand, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There's also a closet in the hallway for extra storage. The room gets plenty of light so it's perfect if you have plants.
It's a 17th floor apartment with a balcony which is great for sunny days and has a lovely view. You'll be right next to Victoria Station and the Arndale so there's lots of places to shop, eat, gym and plenty of transport links.
The rent comes to £635 and bills are a further £200 each that we manage separately (water, Wi-Fi, electric + council tax) and we’ll be entering a 12 month lease.
You’ll be sharing with me, Monique. I’m 28 and work in marketing in town. I spend a couple of days per week in the office, and travel a fair bit for work.
Big into going out for food and gigs, but equally love a cosy night in gaming, cooking or sharing a bottle of wine.
The agents are asking for a minimum salary of £19,000 per year and will be referencing any proposed tenant. The building has a parking garage that is an additional cost, otherwise there is street parking or a garage in the AO.
