I have a room available in 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in Anaconda cut. The building has 24-7 concierge, a gym, sky lounge, movie room and outside terrace. The flat is on the 34th floor so has amazing views!

The flat comes with wifi. Electric, water and council tax are then around 220 on top of rent.

Deposit is 908.65 plus one months rent in advance.

There is parking available for an extra cost in the building.

About me:
I am a 28 year old professional who works mon - Friday. During the week I usually go to the gym and chill after work. On the weekends I love going out for dinner and drinks. I am really social so would love to live with someone who wants to become a friend more than a housemate.

I do have a boyfriend who comes to visit occasionally so you must be ok with that too.
