Room to rent

My current flat mate is moving out unfortunately. There is a double room available which is furnished with a bed, draws and a mirror.

I am 27, gay, pretty chill and pretty tidy. I’m the kinda guy that by the time I’ve done cooking the pots are already clean. Ideally I would like to live with someone who is clean and tidy.

I have a cat he’s a sweet boy but is also abit of a dick at times would like someone who is going to treat him nicely as he does enjoy head pets and chilling. Happy to consider other cats he has previously lived with another cat and they used to cuddle all the time.

The double room comes with a separate bathroom, this bathroom is not used by me, my friends or my family as I have an en suite.

I have no problem with what you eat or do as long as we have mutual respect.

Would be cool to meet someone I get along with im pretty chill and can keep to myself a little. If you want to just chill and hide away by yourself I’m also cool with that I’m super easy. I am a big movie fan often I go to the cinema to watch new release and have an entire library of content to watch.

There is a shared living room with a TV and surround sound. The apartment is furnished entirely by me happy for you to watch tv, use pans, plates, cutlery there is even a coffee machine. All I ask is you take care of things as they were your own.

Council tax: £92ea
Water: £15-£25ea
Internet: £10ea 150mb/s
Electric ranges between £40-£120 a month depending on whether it’s winter or not we just pay half of whatever the bill is.

Rent is paid on the 29th of each month (£497.50) and bills are from start to end of each month but paid on the 15th.

Deposit is £547.50 to be paid to tenant that is leaving as the entire deposit of £1095 will remain protected with Reeds Rains when we sign a new tenancy agreement.

Tenancy start date would be September 29th pending referencing with the landlord.
