SHORT TERM - double room in the heart of NQ

I'm looking for someone to take over the contract for my room in a 3 bed house share while I am working abroad from 24th July to the 30th September.

My current flatmates are brilliant, Adele works in mental health research and Georgia is a doctor. They're both pretty relaxed, enjoy most nights in but love a good dinner party or drink at the pub! Also partial to coffee dates, bookshop browsing and Saturdays at the run club… We’re hoping to find someone with similar energy, and can help maintain the cleanliness of the flat.

The double bedroom available (for single occupancy only) is in a 3 bedroom apartment in a character conversion building in the Northern Quarter, Manchester City centre.

The apartment has excellent facilities and amenities, WIFI internet access, Washing Machine and tumble dryer, a Microwave and Dishwasher for those busy days at work.

The apartment is close to all major transport links in the city centre so is very accessible for travel anywhere in the northwest and easy access to the airport. All amenities are literally on your doorstep, it really is the perfect location for City Centre living.

The price for the room(s) includes water and broadband, it also includes a nominal £65 pcm per person towards the electricity, if you use less than this averaged over the year, then at the end of the contract you will be refunded the difference, conversely if it is higher you will be expected to split the difference with the other flatmates. The electric contract will stay in my name to give you the protection of the price cap.

Council tax and TV license to be paid by tenants directly, it is council tax band D and works out at around £71 each.

A months deposit is also required.

Parking may be available at an extra cost.
