Looking for a female flatmate

Hi I’m sian, 33 years old. My current flatmate is moving out middle oh Jan to Dubai so I’m looking for someone to replace her in the double room. You will get your own bathroom and we have an open plan spacious living room and kitchen, with amazing views of Manchester and the hills as it’s on the 19h floor.

I’m looking for someone who preferably does not work from home, but if you need to there’s a nice lounge area with a terrace to work downstairs. I work at home most of the time with my online business, trading & microblading brows. I’m looking for someone who is fun and sociable, likes to chill in some nights together or go out for brunch now and again. Keeps the place clean and tidy, and doesn’t have parties all the time as I’ve done all that side now!

Rent is £750 per month, and bills, council tax & internet are additional working out about an extra £150/£200 a month.
A deposit of £750 is required and the process is pretty simple.

I have lived here for 2 years I moved into the apartment as a brand new building and it still looks new and clean.

It’s around the corner from Victoria station and the arndale is literally down the road so it’s a perfect location for commuting!

No students or males sorry, only professional females over 27 years old so we’re closer in age!
