Double Room Available in 2B1B Flat

Double room available from 1st October for 9 months.

I am looking for a new flatmate as the original flatmate is not moving in due to an emergency.

about the flat:
The flat is 2b1b with big open plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom 1 will be yours (see floorplan). The flat is on third floor, and it is south west facing (sunlight all day). There’s 24h concierge in this building. There’s also a dishwasher in the kitchen ;) The rent will be £600pm excluding bills. The current bills are around £80pm including electricity, water and broadband. It is less than 20min walk to UoM main campus and 6min to north campus. 5min to oxford road station and 15min walk to piccadilly station if you travel. If you go to gigs, we’re close to many music venues (gorilla, yes, deaf institute). We don’t have a balcony, but there’s a communal courtyard. Sadly pets are not allowed, but we can have loads of plants! If you’re not a full time student, you’ll need to pay for the council tax which is band D. Reference and immigration status check will be carried out by the landlord. For student without a uk guarantor, the rent needs to be paid full upfront.

about me:
I’m an international student from china, second year PhD student at UoM. I don’t mind sharing with student or professional, but I’d prefer someone chill and tidy, not to have parties in the flat, and keep the kitchen, bathroom and living area clean. I enjoy live music so if you go to gigs that’s a huge plus!! Also, I prefer to live with someone who doesn’t have regular guests staying over, but occasionally is fine :)
