We are leaving Manchester to return back to Buckinghamshire. Seeking an early exit on my tenancy.

We are seeking a couple / friends / colleagues / to take over our tenancy with a new 12 month contract for £1350 per month.

The building has a lovely family feel to it with the nicest staff on site! I have loved living here (nearly 3 years) and helps its a 5 mins walk to Northern Quarter 8 mins to Manchester Piccadilly station & 12 mins to Manchester Victoria Station.

The Astley have; Concierge / Security / Co-working study's / Secured Cycling Storage / Rooftop balcony perfect for summer months (lounge chairs)

The Astley will provide maintenance and have never charged me anything! Other than rent or bills.

A 2 bedroom flat, with balcony, 1 modern spec bathroom.

2X Bedrooms both with sliding wardrobes and full frame windows.

Multiple plug sockets throughout the building.

This is a furnished apartment high spec: hob, oven, fridge / freezer, washing and air filtration systems

Bed frames / Sofa / TV stand / Centre Piece all included.

The rules (or you wont pass the checks - no flexibility, this will be a competitive building)
12 Month Lease minimum at £1350 Per Month (Good rate compared to other buildings)
No students allowed I am afraid
Combined salary or an individual salary over £40,500 Per Annum
A current £35.00 Per Month Hyper Optic Wi-Fi 500 mbps upload and download.
Pets are allowed

We have positioned our WFH home desk so you can look out of the windows onto the City! Some of the furniture is my own and will be removed unless interested in them.

We will have the flat professionally cleaned before your arrival. We can accommodate anyone looking to move in quickly!
