Hi! I’m Juliette, 25, and I am a professional living in central Manchester. I use she/her pronouns.
My flatmate has recently moved out so I have an En-Suite Double room available in my 2 bedroom flat near Piccadilly station, preferably for a young professional like me!
The flat is nice, spacious and cozy! The room available is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk, and includes an en-suite bathroom with shower.
We have a shared living room/kitchen which is fully furnished with sofas, dinner table and chairs and a TV (with access to netflix, amazon prime and disney+). It’s looking a bit bare at the moment because my flatmate took her furniture/decor but I’m going to spruce it up!
The kitchen includes a large fridge and dishwasher and the flat also has a small boiler room with a 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer.
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly station so is super central and walkable to all areas of central Manchester especially the Northern Quarter. The building includes a small Morrisons and is a short walk from a an Aldi and Pure Gym.
A little bit about me: I have lived in Manchester for just over a year and work for a travel company that sends young people to work and volunteer abroad. I work 10-6 in office Monday-Thursday and WFH on Fridays.
I am a home-body and love chilling in the flat, watching TV and having a good debrief! I also love trips to the cinema, eating out and going to gigs.
The flat is LGBTQ friendly and I like to think of it as a safe space for all! We are respectful of each others space and keep things clean and tidy but don’t obsess over this as it is a home not a hotel.
Rent is £525 in Council Tax band D. Bills usually around £80-£120 a month dependent on usage.
